'Go Hardwell or Go Home | Sri Lanka' event has been CANCELLED due to an enormous number of OBLIGATIONS including some from local authorities given the genre and the magnitude of the event. Reason for most of the obligations has been emphasized as the bad experiences with events of this caliber in the recent past.
We decided to hold the sale of tickets on last Thursday, the 10th of August when we first came across these issues, to mitigate and minimize the potential damage to the expectation of our beloved audience.
However, at this point of failure, we have decided to REFUND each and everyone who bought tickets through online and outlet platforms amidst our financial loss which is quite substantial.
1. ALL THE PURCHASERS will be contacted by TicketsLK Officials ON MONDAY, THE 22ND.
2. ONLINE PURCHASERS' Refunds will be directed back to the same bank accounts that their Debit/Credit cards are attached to, starting from MONDAY.
3. OUTLET PURCHASERS will be asked to come to TicketsLK Head Office and collect their refunds or provide Bank details for the money to be deposited, after the TicketsLK Officials contact them on MONDAY.
***PLEASE NOTE that the entire refunding process will be done within 2 weeks.
We understand your expectation was way more than what you spent on the tickets and us, refunding the money will not entirely make it upto you. We whole heartedly APOLOGIZE to all of you, on behalf of all the Stakeholders of the event, for letting you down and shattering your hopes. It in fact is, heartbreaking for us too.
We wanted to create a new culture, do something of mammoth scale and give Sri Lanka a whole new experience. Little did we know, that there would be people wanting us to fail big time.
WE WILL BOUNCE BACK and will bounce back for the LOVE you have shown us and the amount of faith you had in us, They will keep us inspired and motivated to come back with a bigger surprise.
